Shipping & Returns

We hope you are pleased with your purchase.
If not, please review the following before requesting a return.

Returns

We accept returns on regular priced items only.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be received within this period.

All items must be:
 • unworn and in original condition
 • with all original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Japan Orders
 • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
 • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
 • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
 •Exchanges are offered subject to availability, with return shipping covered by the customers.

Refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty.

International Orders
 • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
 • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
 • Duties and taxes are non-refundable

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return:
 • sale items
 • special or custom orders

We will respond with return instructions.

Additional Notes
 • Items returned without prior request will not be accepted
 • We are not responsible for lost returns
 • Any refunds to your original method of payment will be processed within 10 business days of return receipt.
